GetSetPet Locals is a free quarterly community based magazine for pet lovers encouraging good pet parenting. It offers interesting pet related content, a local pet services directory and supports local rescue centres. Its a high quality full colour A5 magazine, offering free media exposure to local animal rescue centres and charities to highlight appeals or animals needing homes as well as bringing the local pet community together.
GetSetPet Locals is being distributed to all Sussex vets and pet shops as well into many libraries , estate agents, doctor’s surgeries, schools and many other places for people to pick up Free. Currently there are 18,000 copies going out all over Sussex for the 1st edition we intend to increase this to over 30,000 for the next edition. We have kept our advertising rates extremely low to offer packages to suit any size of advertising budget - Please see over page for details.
With over 150 rescue centres in Sussex alone and many of those centres in need of help, GetSetPet was born. The aim to provide a portal where we could bring many centres together in one place to assist them in their quest to help animals in need as well as raising the profiles of their charities or fund raising events. As well as making it easier for people looking to re-home a pet by enabling them to search a variety of local rescue centres in one place. A recent add-on is the GetSetPet Directory which lists hundreds of pet related services on your door step. GetSetPet is dedicated to offering impartial information to its readers so they can make informed choices about what’s best for them & their pets.
www.getsetpet.co.uk and www.getsetpet-directory.co.uk are two websites which support the magazine as well as offering further benefits to its readers, advertisers and animal rescue centres. www.getsetpet.co.uk blogs about animals needing homes in the local area from many local centres offering them more exposure with targeted traffic. Our Directory on and offline is a one-stop-shop for all local pet businesses to advertise their products and services to the people that need and want them. With the added bonus of getting targeted traffic to your website or microsite if you have one. Currently we are averaging 4000 unique visits per month prior to the launch of GetSetPet Locals. We are working hard to increase this month on month.
